What started out as a hobby, sharing small-batch jerky with friends and family, has grown into a full-blown adventure.
Every strip is made by human hands, no robots here (we’ve seen Terminator, we know how that ends). Every strip is handcrafted in our kitchen, while listening to the latest true crime podcasts and doing way too much taste testing.
Each cut of beef gets the VIP treatment: long soaks in our custom marinades, followed by a slow-and-steady sauna in the dehydrator. The result? Bold flavors like The OG (classic and craveable) and Dragon’s Breath (kiss your taste buds goodbye).
